From 2000 - 2005 I worked for Incogen, a bioinformatics software and research institute. My department developed web applications for scientists working with large genetic datasets. The applications facilitated storage and manipulation of these raw datasets into meaningful information.
ChickEST University of Delaware This was one of the first sites I co-developed at Incogen. These "turnkey" bioinformatics solutions for genetic scientists allow them to import and sort large datasets (DNA and Protein sequences) and run algorithms on those sequences.
GenePort These are screenshots of the enterprise version of the bioinformatics turnkey.
